Purchasing Policy
Chase is a unique, niche market product, requiring handmade attention to details. No assembly line product processing is undertaken or configured. Other than the Bluetooth speaker all components are Canadian made and assembled.

Orders, in general, will be filled on a "FCFS" (First Come First Served) basis. And NO payment is required up front when your order is placed. Payment is only required when the product that you ordered is ready for shipping. The Purchasing process is as follows:

1. Customer sends email Order to Richard Stoltz at "dickie7500@gmail.com"with the following information:

• Date
• Customer's Name, Address, Telephone No 
• email address
• No of products required

2. Customer's order is acknowledged by the Vender, Richard Stoltz, who will provide probable product delivery date to Customer.
3. When Order is filled and ready to be shipped, Vender will notify the Customer by email stating the purchase price which will include the shipping costs.
4. Customer to send Interac e-Transfer in the amount of the agreed purchase price (Product plus Shipping Costs) to the Vender, Richard Stoltz, at "dickie7500@gmail.com"within 3 (three) business days and failure to do so may forfeit Customer's rights to the product.
5. Upon receipt by the Vendor of the Interac e-Transfer, the product will be immediately shipped to the Customer and notified by email of the probable delivery date.
6. The shipping carton should be retained by the Customer for seasonal storage or at other times when Chase is not in use, or if the Customer decides to return the product. 

Return Policy
We have used our best efforts to fabricate a quality product, that with reasonable care in carrying out you geese scaring activities, will last for many years. However, we stand behind our unique product, "Chase" and feel that our "No Questions Asked" return policy will be helpful in your purchase decision making.

If after 30 days of receiving and using the screeching-rotating eagles, in your Nuisance Birds scaring operations and you are not satisfied with our product for any reason whatsoever, please package (in original carton if still available) and email the Vender of the pending return who will provide a return address for the product.

Upon receipt of the return of the product an Interac e-Transfer in the amount of the Purchase Price will be issued to the Purchaser no later than 5 (five) business days after the receipt of the product.
